Shipping

All orders, except the personalized ones, are prepared within 48h after the order confirmation date. This preparation time can vary according to peak season like Black Friday or Christmas. Personalized items have a specific preparation time which is indicated during the purchase process.

SOUVIE uses Austria Post, DHL, GLS and DPD delivery services to ship its orders. The customer is responsible for providing an address that these carriers recognize as a deliverable address.

The following shipping costs will be charged additionally and shown separately on the product page, in the shopping cart system and on the order page. Shipping rates shall vary according to the destination country as per table below:

Expected delivery time:

• Austria: between 3 to 4 working days.
• Worldwide: between 5 and 7 working days (It might vary depending on each country's customs regulations).

Delivery time does not include processing time.
