If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) by contacting us within 14 days of receiving your order.

How do I return a defective item?

 If the item is not suitable for you, it will be replaced or repaired. For a defective item, please contact us within 14 working days of receiving the item. You must contact us before returning your order. Once you have settled, you must send the item(s) to us by registered post within 5 days. Returns must be sent to the address stated on the packaging envelope. The item(s) must be in the original packaging with all tags, unworn and unwashed. Return shipping costs will be yours.

Cancellation 

If you terminate this withdrawal, we will refund you the payments we receive from you regarding the goods, not including delivery costs. To be refunded immediately and, at the latest, within 14 days from the day we receive notice of cancellation of this withdrawal. For this refund, we use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something different has been expressly agreed with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or deliver the goods to us immediately and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You assume the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if that loss of value is due to the handling of the goods that is not necessary to verify the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Important Note: Personalized items cannot be returned unless they present a factory defect.
